He is survived by : his wife Joyce Wagner of Andrews, TX; his children, Lyn Wagner (JoAnn) of Odessa, TX and Darla Moore (Jerry) of Andrews, TX; his sister Clara "Nell" Franklin (Gerald) of Dallas, TX.; his niece Monica Komar (Dave) of Kansas City; his nephew Dr. Marc Franklin of New Braunfels, Texas.; his grandchildren, Jessalynne Denison (Heath), Lyncee Phillips (Tim), Keeley Leverett (Steve), Lynette Wagner (Nic Bryson), Andrea Wagner (Craig Rocha), Jared Moore (Tiffany) of Midland, TX, Nathan Moore (Christie) of Farmersville, TX and Lyndsey Moore (Michelle) of Lavon, TX.; and his great grandchildren, Mykalynne Wells, Malachi Wells, Ryleigh Phillips, Kelton Phillips, Sammy Leverett, Kynlee Leverett, Whitney Leverett, Rebel Rocha, Kara Moore, Colton Moore, Hunter Moore, Amber Moore, Caleb Moore, Ryan Wells and Brayden Moore.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McNett Funeral Home (705 N Main St, Andrews, TX 79714). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
