He was predeceased by : his parents, John Hertress Wilkerson and Kitty Mae Garner (Rosmary Wilkerson). He is survived by : his spouse Rosmary Hogue Wilkerson; his children, Kitty Gray of San Antonio and Brent Garymartin (Danna) of Andrews; his brother John Charles Wilkerson of Giddings; and his grandchildren, Aaron Andrews, Jay Andrews and Chesney Wilson. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
