He is survived by : his family, Randall, Kevin and Kami; his wife Nelva Collins of Andrews; his children, Randall Collins (Margarita) of Longview, Kevin Collins (Samantha) of Chickasha and Kami Waldrop (Justin) of Bremerton; his grandchildren, Aden Baxter (Meili), Tristan Collins, Jake Waldrop, Hydie Collins and Kloei Collins; his great grandchild Charlotte Baxter; and his nieces, Misti Collins and Amanda Guthrie.
