She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard McDonald and June McDonald; and her brother David McDonald. She is survived by: her husband Charley J Ballard; her children, Patricia Petrosky and Charles Ballard; her grandchildren, Lindsey Kitchens, Caden Ballard-Petrosky, Owen Ethridge, Jackson Ballard, Wyatt Ballard and Nicholas Ballard; and her siblings, Susan Ballard and Richard McDonald (Janet).
