He was predeceased by : his wife Ruby Middleton Cook; his siblings, Finis, Lee, Dink, Mildred, Madeline and Frances; and his son-in-law Ronny Joe Nelson.
He is survived by : his children, Ronnie, Marla Cook, Robin Marcia Nelson, Bill and Debbie Savage; his grandchildren, Brandon, Heather Savage, Cody, Natasidy Savage, Cole, Sarah Cook, Derek, Coby Nelson and Clay Cook; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Braden, Haylie, Gracie and Jo; his sister Laverne Wharton; and his close friend Danny Leist.
