He is survived by : his wife Maria Saldivar; his children, Victor Marcellino Saldivar (Diana), Joseph Franklin Saldivar, Richard Elijio Saldivar (Teresa), James Floyd Lee Saldivar (Tracie), Karla Gonzales (Ruben) and Rafael Gonzales (Karla Ramirez); his grandchildren, Victor Vicente Saldivar, Cynthia Diane Saldivar, Veronica Rene Nash, Joseph Quintero Saldivar, Wyatt Saldivar, Rett Saldivar, Mateo Ventura, Amber Gonzales and Alexander Ramirez; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Eduardo Saldivar, Carolina Saldivar, Jason Saldivar and Kimiku Saldivar; and his siblings, Robert Saldivar, Felipe Saldivar and Rosemary Garcia.
