She was predeceased by : her parents, Pauline Ancira (Longoria) and Eliseo Ancira; her husband Rev. Encarnacion Martinez, Sr.; her sons, Encarnacion "Carnation" Martinez, Jr. and Richard Martinez; her grandson Nathan Fuentes (Efrain Resendez, Jr.); her great grandchild Logan Martinez; and her siblings, Albert Ancira, Salvador Ancira and Oralia Ancira.

She is survived by : her children, Daniel Martinez, Sr. (Deborah) of Aransas Pass, Texas, Diana M. Resendez (Erasmo, Sr.) of San Marcos, Texas, Elva Fuentes (Jesse), Rosa Davila (Ray) of Aransas Pass, Texas and Nora Pinones (Fernando) of Cedar Park, Texas; and her siblings, Leo Cadena (Carol) of Edinburg, Texas, Dan Ancira (Anita) of Aransas Pass, Texas and Emma Naranjo of Aransas Pass, Texas. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 31 great- grandchildren; and 21 great-great grandchildren.
