She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Ortiz (Lopez) and Jose P. Ortiz; her siblings, Frances Murphy and Ricky Ortiz; her in-laws, Jesus and Odilia Fuentes; and her sisters-in-law, Pauline Ybarra, Lonnie Rodriguez and Janie Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her husband Tony Fuentes, Sr.; her children, Tony Fuentes, Jr. of Aransas Pass, Joey Fuentes (Hope) of Aransas Pass, Dolores Fuentes Hudson (Hutch) of Aransas Pass, Margaret Fuentes St. Roman of Portland and Angela Yardley (Pete Garza) of Falfurrias; her grandchildren, Issac Fuentes, Toni M. Gonzales, Richard Bell, Justin Bell, Damian Freeze, Megan Freeze, Charles Snellgrove, Christian St. Roman, Xavier St. Roman, Zoey Fuentes, Dezirae Fuentes, David Fuentes, Justene Fuentes, Devian Fuentes, Adrien Fuentes, Jesse Alverado, Shannon Fuentes, Michael Yardley and Genesis Garza; and her brothers, Joe Ortiz, Jr. of Aransas Pass, Ramon Ortiz of Aransas Pass and Johnny Joe Ortiz (JoAnn) of Asherton, Texas.. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home (1345 S Commercial St, Aransas Pass, TX 78336). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at the San Ignacio Cemetery.
