He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Keiser and Marjorie Keiser (Knapton); his children, Susan Keiser, Steve and Scott Keiser; and his brother John Keiser.
He is survived by: his wife Hortencia Keiser (Castro); his son Roberto Jose Keiser of Aransas Pass; his siblings, James Keiser (Patty) of Mary, Florida and Joyce Hopkins (Dewight) of Weasley Chapel, Florida; and his grandchildren, Aron Lee Keiser, Ember Keiser, Ryan Keiser, Robert Keiser, Terry Carter Keiser and Maggie Keiser.
