He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Albert Johnson Young and Vera Whitehead; his wife Verna Young; his daughters, Joann Worley (Joe) of Monroe and Kathy Yoder (David) of Argyle, Texas.; his grandchildren, Joseph Simmons Worley III (Allene) of Monroe, Michael Worley (Eliza) of New Orleans and Ashely Claire Allen (Jonathan) of Argyle, Texas.; his great grandchildren, Joseph Simmons Worley IV, John Thomas Worley, Lizzie Jane and Britton Worley; and his sisters, Kennedy and Jesse Allen.
