He is survived by : his son Philip Louis Vest, Jr.; his brothers, Steve Vest and Rick Vest; his sisters-in-law, Melinda and Sherry Vest; and his nieces and nephews, Briella Vest, Sarah Vest, Connor Vest and Bryce Vest. He is also survived by his family and friends.
