She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lester Bachelor and Maudie May Stockman Bachelor; her husband David; and her children, Scott Mitchell O'Toole and Staci Colleen O'Toole.

She is survived by: her children, Patrick M O'Toole and Maureen Larnard; her children-in-law, Steve Larnard and Dorina O'Toole; her grandchildren, David Cox (Angel), Mallory Larnard, Marisa O'Toole, Camden O'Toole (Sarah), Cavan Larnard (Danielle) and Dylan O'Toole; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Laikynn and Halo Ann.
