She is survived by: her daughter Yakalene Zack; her grandchildren, Quinton Zack, Kinsey Zack and Rachel Hughes (Marc); her great grandchild Ziggy Hughes; and her siblings, Cynthia Janiece Fink and Don Mayfield.
