She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Frank Galbavy and Helen Marie Galbavy (Diskoviak); her husband Maynard B. Ellis, Jr.; and her sister Karen Galbavy. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Mate (Stephen) of Euless, Texas; her sister Joyce Callis (Theodore) of Chicago, Illinois; her grandchildren, Chelsea and Carson Mate; her nephews, James Callis (Courtney) and Michael Callis; her great-nieces, Avrey, Dana, Hanna and Helaina Callis; and her great-nephew Spencer Callis.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice in Carole's name.
