He is survived by: his wife Roxie Mayhugh; his sons, Mike Mayhugh (Lisa) and Mark Mayhugh (Stephanie); his grandsons, Brandon Masi (Meagan), Jonathan Teer (Mikala), Alexander Dolan (Calisha) and Graham Hammonds (Alicia); his great grandchildren, Dawson Masi, Christopher Teer, Isaac Dolan and Oliver Hammonds; and his friend Christlike.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Resurrection Global Methodist Church in Eddie's honor.
