With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Lee Billingsley of Arlington, Texas, born in Dublin, Texas, who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Voyle Billingsley and Helen Emma Billingsley Carey (Purvis); and his brother Leslie Purvis Billingsley. He is survived by: his son Brent Lee Billingsley; his grandson Landon Lee Billingsley; the mother of his child Elaine Stoker (Cason); and his stepchildren, Shelsea Sanchez and Geven Sanchez.

In lieu of flowers and in honor of the mental illness that Jerry experienced, the family encourages everyone to be supportive of others with mental illness and offer help, and to always remember to never give up.
