She was predeceased by: her father Robert Anthony Bart; and her brother Robert Anthony Bart, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Bill Collins; her children, Jessica Brooks (Jason Brooks), Judah Crossland and Joshua Crossland; her stepdaughters, Carly Klingler (Lance Klingler) and Carmen Sivadge (Erik Sivadge); her mother Betty Ruth Bart; her siblings, Patricia Howe (Robert Howe), Michele Middleton (Jim Middleton) and Michael Bart; and her grandchildren, Nathan Brooks, Collin, Chase Sivadge and Marisa Klingler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
