He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Willard Frawley and Lois Jean Frawley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathleen Frawley; his children, Hiero Frawley and Andrea Baylor; his brother Scott Frawley; and his grandchildren, Ashton Baylor, Canon Baylor and Azlyn Frawley.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wade Funeral Home and Crematory (4140 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76013). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Gardens (1219 N Davis Dr, Arlington, TX 76012).
