She was predeceased by : her mother Beatriz Aguilera (Alvarez); and her grandparents, Quintin Alvarez and Rita Romero. She is survived by : her father Alfredo Aguilera of Arlington; her husband Francisco Marquez of Arlington; her daughter Yulisa Marquez of Arlington; her adoptive son Fernando Zamarripa; and her siblings, Gerardo Aguilera of Arlington, Catalina Rosquero (Jesus) of Arlington, Andrea Aguilera (Facundo Rico) of Sweetwater, Olivia Aguilera of Arlington, Effie Aguilera (Misael Rosquero) of Arlington and Carmen Aguilera (Octavio Cobos). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
