She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Phelps and Dorothy Phelps; and her husband Robert Tarola (Bob). She is survived by: her sons, David Waller and Darren Waller; and her siblings, Linda Salazar and Phil Phelps. She is also survived by grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to First United Methodist Church in Arlington, Texas.
