We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Rachel Forbis Duncan (Arlington, Texas), born in Jackson, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Jack Forbis. She is survived by: her son Hal Duncan (Kristin); her grandsons, Zachary and Evan; her daughter Kate Duncan Flowers (Josh); her mother Peggy Forbis; her sister Connie Rust; and her nieces and nephews, Adam Rust (Cheyenne), Blake Rust (Mimi), Claire Zachary (Justin) and Dana Busey. She is also survived by ten great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Gladney Center for Adoption in Fort Worth, TX.
