He is survived by: his wife Donna Crudup of Fort Worth; his sons, Chad Crudup of Arlington, Dr. Travis Crudup (Melinda) of Fort Worth, Brad Crudup (Reagan) of Arlington and Scott Crudup (Hilary) of Fort Worth; his siblings, Susan Johnson of Joshua and Steven Crudup of Fort Worth; and his grandchildren, Sophia Crudup, Logan, Jack and Hudson Crudup.
