He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wood and Wilma Wood; and his sister Rosemary Wood. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Wood and Laura Dyess. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the Wood family has asked that donations be made to the St. Paul's Endowment Fund.
