He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank L. Jennings and Martha Jennings; his former life partner Edna M. Jennings; his wife Betty M. Jennings of Mansfield; and his siblings, Margaret, Frances, Eleanor, Ruth and Frank.
He is survived by : his sister Josephine Walker; his children, Cathey J. Petrey (Michael) and William E. Jennings Jr. (Barbara); his stepchildren, Kip Mooneyham (Jenni) and Lissa M. Dunlay (Jon); his grandchildren, Jennifer Holmes, Linda Hottenstein, Christine Eikenberry, Michael Mooneyham, Margaret Terwey and Emily Dunlay; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Aubrey, Ashlyn, Luke, Tyler, Hendrix, William and Louise. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Memorials may be given in his memory to First Christian Church of Arlington.
