She was predeceased by : her parents, John George Gee and Lucille Kolb Gee; her husband George Harrell Lewis; her brothers, Everett Wayne Gee and Doyle Gee; and her niece Lori Burns.

She is survived by : her children, Harrell Wayne Lewis, David Brian Lewis and LaJeana Lynn Lewis; her grandson Jonathan George Lewis; her sister Dolores McCurley; and her niece Susan Anderson.
