He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father Willard Lowery; his wife Donna Lowery of Arp; his children, Paul Lowery (Terry) of White Oak, Toney Kyle Lowery of Tyler, Amy Jenkins of McKinney and Codi Rynn Lowery (Jared Junek) of Caldwell; his mother Doris Lowery-Baugh of Winnsboro; his siblings, Darrell Lowery (Sheila) of Powderly and Kim Ramos of Marietta; and his grandchildren, Ryan Mathis-Lowery, Jessica Lowery, Aaron Lowery, Hannah Lowery, Kaitlyn Jenkins and Tyson Jenkins. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
