He was predeceased by : his mother Hazel Hoy (Newberry); his brother Douglas Hoy; his sisters-in-law, Judy Hoy and Sandra Jasper; and his nieces and nephews, David J. Hoy, David Waters, Renee Brown and Brenda Lemons.
He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his daughters, Wendy Rodgers (Roy) of Ranger and Crystal Jankowski (Stan) of Maine; his granddaughters, ShaLoren, Caitlin, Kendall Goulet, Hailey and Kira Rodgers; his stepgrandsons, C. J. Rodgers and Tyler Jankowski; and his sister-in-law Barbara Kynaston (Steve) of De Smet, ID. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
