She was predeceased by : her parents, William Gordon Dixon and Mary Gladys Dixon (Powell); her husband Dale Grose; her siblings, Inez Jayroe (Dixon) and Clint Dixon; her grandsons, Karl and Kevin Platte; and her son-in-law Jerald McSchooler.

She is survived by : her children, Melody, Gail, Clay and Cindy. She is also survived by her 4 children, 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
