With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda McComb in Atascocita, Texas, born in Kennard, Texas, who passed away on May 13, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Jonas "Joe" McComb and Sleeta Lee McComb; and her grandmother Lou McComb. She is survived by : her brothers, James, Gene, Robert and Steve; and her friends, Barbara, Jeanette, Joyce, Gerald and Maxie.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Rosewood Funeral Home (17404 W Lake Houston Pkwy, Atascocita, TX 77346). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice in The Pines (1504 West Frank Ave Lufkin, TX 75904) or Alzheimer's Foundation of America (322 Eighth Ave 16th Floor New York, NY 10001), reflecting her generous spirit and desire to help others.
