She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Blankenship and Doletta Johnson Blankenship. She is survived by : her husband Nelson Evans of Atascosa; her children, Scott (Heather Evans) of Atascosa and Colleen (Taylor Cass) of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Tristan Evans and Killian Evans; and her siblings, Richard Haskey, Allen Haskey and Dixie Arterburn.

Memorials may be made in Kelly's memory to the Medina Valley United Methodist Church General Fund or to the charity of your choice.
