He was predeceased by : his parents, Eva Costlow and George "Walk" Costlow; his former life partner Teresa Costlow; and his siblings, Walter Travis Costlow, Sterling Costlow, Marzelle Williams and Mattie Jo Wilbanks.
He is survived by : his spouse Avinell Teresa Starr of Athens; his sons, Timothy Costlow (Edie Costlow) of Plano and James Kevin Costlow; his brother Mack Costlow of Frankston, TX; and his grandsons, Grayson Costlow of Plano, Keaton and Kooper Costlow of Rowlett.
In Lieu of flowers remembrances can be made through contributions to the Scottish Rite Hospitals for Children.
