He was predeceased by : his parents, Adolf Bohuslav and Mathilda Bohuslav (Hajak); and his stepmother Mary. He is survived by : his wife Marian; and his sons, Kenneth (Jean), Larry (Suzie), Craig (Debbie) and Gary (Monica). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
