We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2025, at the age of 85, Ann Elkins Hemperley of Atlanta, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James LeRoy Hemperley; her children, Marlana Teppenpaw, James Elkins and Mark Elkins; and her siblings, Shiley Gilmore, Merle and David Thomas.
She is survived by: her close friend Danny Bowling of Atlanta, Texas; and her daughters, Regina Campbell of Bloomburg, TX and Brandi Wilson of Texarkana, TX. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Faith Pentecostal Church (1022 Collins Rd, Atlanta, TX 75551).
