He is survived by: his wife Marie Taylor Hartsell; his children, Kenneth Gary Hartsell and Linda Marie Hartsell Dunbar; his sisters, Maurine Hartsell Small and Fran Hartsell Gamble; and his grandchildren, Gary Hartsell, Roy Hartsell, Melodie Dunbar Floro and James Patrick Dunbar. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
