She is survived by : her husband Jerry Phelps of Springdale, Texas; her children, Amanda Phelps of Springdale, Texas, Mark Phelps (Jessica) of Queen City and Kyle Phelps (Autumn) of Wake Village, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Breonna Phelps, Austin Phelps, Cody Norwood, Jaxon Moore and Macie-Sue Phelps. She is also survived by four sisters; two brothers; and a number of nephews, nieces and other relatives.
