She was predeceased by : her parents, Ollie "Jack" Polson and Minnie Blanche Howard; her husband Robert Clements; and her sister Jacqueline Polson. She is survived by : her daughter Carol Ann Clements of New York, NY. She is also survived by one sister-in-law, and a number nieces and nephews.
