He is survived by: his parents, Jenny Whitworth and Tim Whitworth; his sister Carly Childress; his niece Lucy Fines; his grandparents, Jim Polk and Debbie Short; his aunt Missy Steward; his uncle Mike Steward; his cousins, Mikey Steward, Isaiah Steward and Sarah Steward; his aunt Stacey Waters; his uncle Paul Waters; his cousin Austin Waters; his stepbrother Timmy Whitworth (Lindsey Whitworth); his nephew Tripp Whitworth; his stepsiblings, Tommy Whitworth and Melissa Chamblee (Jonathan Chamblee); his nephews, Jaxon and Harrison Chamblee; his stepsister Miranda Robertson; and his nephew Easton Robertson.
