He was predeceased by: his father William Howard Hooker, Jr.; and his father-in-law Carlton Ray Jackson. He is survived by: his mother Mary Cairns Shupp Hooker of Cartwright, OK; his wife Dana Michelle Jackson; his daughter Peyton Blair Hooker; his sister Kim Elizabeth Nelson; his nieces, Christina Elise and Jessica Lynn Nelson of Edwards, CO; his mother-in-law Barbara Jackson; his brother-in-law Ray Jackson of San Antonio, TX; and his pets, Lola and Bella. He is also survived by several cousins, extended family, numerous friends.
