It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Martin Mikeska (Austin, Texas), born in Taylor, Texas, who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mikeska and Frances Valis Mikeska; his son Gregory Mikeska; and his siblings, Mike, Louis, Rudy, Maurice, Martha Vanecek, Annie Jozwiak and Val Lindemann.
He is survived by: his spouse Arlyne Linenberger; his daughter Marcy Mikeska Ritchie; his son-in-law Mark Ritchie of Austin; his granddaughters, Christine, Michelle, Jessica and Marie Ritchie of Austin; and his brother Clem Mikeska of Temple.
Due to the corona virus pandemic, a private family only rosary will be held Monday May 18, 2020 at 7:00 pm at Henneke Funeral Home.
