It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lena Loreta Oestreich of Austin, Texas, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lena Loreta Oestreich to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her daughter-in-law Sue Oestreich; her grandchildren-in-law, Hank Oestreich, Slayton Seward and Isaac Carver; and her siblings, Elsie Caddel, D. Henry Weed, Edith Littrell, Lois Langehenning, Amos F. Weed, E. Fay Starks, A. Travis Weed and Milton Weed.

She is survived by : her sister Claudia Felps Weed; her children, Rickey Oestreich (LaKay), Barton Oestreich (Julie) and Martha Roberts (Bruce); her grandchildren, Kelly H. Oestreich (Staci), Jason Oestreich, Tina, Richard Oestreich (Jennifer), Shayna Seward, Nathaniel Roberts, Samantha Oestreich and Salena Oestreich; her great grandchildren, Tanner, Zaq, Sydnee, Skylar, Brent, Rickey J., Shaylee, Keegan, Jaxson, Pierce, Maddox, Lilee, Adeline and Emery; her great great grandchild Bryleigh; her sisters, Idella Fleetwood, Novella Ricketts and Oletta Poole; her siblings-in-law, Ernest Spiekermann and Connie Richardson (Gary); and her husband Barton Gene Oestreich. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to Bible Baptist Church of Llano or Llano Cowboy Church.
