She was predeceased by: her parents, R. N. Clifton and Dena Lee Clifton; her brother Charles (Bill); and her son David. She is survived by: her daughter Susan King; her grandchildren, Jason (Jana Crosby), Cole Crosby (Jessica Snipes), Drew King, Samantha (Mitchell McPherson) and Mandi Funderburgh; and her great grandchildren, Cohutta, Calhoun Crosby, Owen McPherson and Caden Crosby.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home (6300 W William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78749). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Baptist Church (4600 Menchaca Rd, Austin, TX 78745).
