She is survived by: her husband Tomas Ortiz Sr.; her children, David Ortiz (Yolanda), Steve Ortiz (Terry), Sylvia Ortiz and Rebeca Guerra (Jennifer); her grandchildren, John Anthony Ortiz, Ashley Rivera (Alejandro), Heather Ortiz, Jessica Cain (Nesby), Veronica Maldonado (Chris), Christopher Ortiz (Vanessa), Angela Gonzales (Miguel), Makayla Ortiz, Mikel Ortiz and Jacob Ortiz; her great grandchildren, Alexandria Ortiz, Christopher Ortiz Jr., Jayla Maldonado, Zoey Ortiz, Norah Rivera and Bibiana Maldonado; and her daughter-in-law Kristie Kenyon-Ortiz (Thomas Ortiz). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
