It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Mustoe (Austin, Texas), born in Luray, Virginia, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her sister Doris Jean Flanagan (Patricia). She is survived by : her children, Anthony Mustoe (Debra) of Keller, TX and Catherine Mustoe (Lupe Perez III) of Austin, TX.; her former life partner Edward Mustoe of Pflugerville, TX.; her aunt Betty Canady of Jacksonville, NC; her nephew Richard Flanagan (Maija) of Jamaica Plains, MA; her niece Margaret (Margie); and also Obenschain (Walter) of Staunton, VA.

Also in 1996, Austin Mayor Bruce Todd declared September 6th as "Pat Mustoe Day" in honor of her exceptional contributions to the city, particularly the East Austin community.
