He was predeceased by: his father Ross Hise; his siblings-in-law, David Fry and Donna Fry; his mother-in-law Mary Lee Fry; and his nephew Tyler Fry.
He is survived by: his wife Kerry Hise; his mother Zora Mae Hise; his children, Andrea Whiteside (Paul), Eric Hise (Alison), Ryan Hise and Carly Hise (Robert Ditzfeld); his grandchildren, Ashlyn Whiteside, Ben Whiteside, Casen Whiteside, Avery Hise, Chloe Whiteside and Jacob Hise; his siblings, Clark Hise (Sharon) and Laura Hise; his brother-in-law Sean; and his siblings' children, Joel Fry, Austin Fry, Jacy Cook, Sara Miller, Michael Fry and Colton Fry.
