He is survived by: his wife Lilaben Makwana; his children, Manisha (Jit Vadhia), Nandini (Graham Walker), Sandeep (Sonia Makwana) and Kamlesh (Olga Makwana); his grandchildren, Ankita Vadhia, Amar Vadhia, Rajesh Makwana, Maya Parmar, Simran Makwana, Sohan Makwana, Anamika Makwana, Ameet Makwana and Alina Makwana; and his great grandchild Ayan Vadhia.
