He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Trevino and Bertha Trevino; his siblings, Albert Rios, Robert Trevino and Mary Sue Trevino; his siblings' children, John Albert Rios, Paul Anthony Trevino, Alex Rios, Antonio Eugenio Trevino and Evelyn Rios; and his sister-in-law Lisa Trevino.

He is survived by: his wife Terri; his sons, Louis Trevino and Ronnie Gonzales; and his brothers, James Rios (Thelma), Adolph Trevino (Paula), Monroe Trevino and Rogasiano Trevino.
