It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally G. Salazar (Austin, Texas), who passed away on October 31, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Sally's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sally has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marcelino "Moy" Salazar Jr.; and her children, Rosie Salazar and Steve Salazar. She is survived by: her children, Olivia Harros, Marcelino Salazar III, Lupe Perez and Angelica Salazar. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 76 great-grandchildren, and 30 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Homes and Cremation Services (2620 S Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78704). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Weed Corley Fish Funeral Home (2620 S Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78704). A burial was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at the Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Homes and Cremation Services (2620 S Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78704).
