With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Virginia Wagner (Austin, Texas), born in Philadelphia, Missouri, who passed away on February 25, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Anna Terril Bleigh and David Marion Bleigh; her husband Melvin Wagner; and her children, Linda Wagner and Ron Wagner. She was also cherished by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

As a precaution against covid, no memorial will be held.

Memorial suggestions would be donations to a church library of your choice.
