She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Smith; her siblings, Joyce Gyles, Wallace, Richard and Raymond George; and her parents, Madge Kishpaugh and Clinton L. Benjamin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joan (Dennis), Edmund Glenn (Charlotte) and Clinton Robert (Mary); her daughter Yvonne Lorraine; her grandchildren, Leann (James), Lisa Maria (Matt), Ashley Nicole (Andrew), Bradford Ryan McCloskey, Nicole Lynn Clark and Helen Elizabeth Rigolo; her great grandchildren, Lillian Claire, Antonio, Loucinda, Michael, Chris, Daniel, Angelina, Stephanie, Trenton and Nathan; her great great grandchildren, Levi, Ashton, Charlie, Tyler and Orion; her former husband Lamont Godfrey; her daughters, Annette Schaefer (Ron), Loretta Halford and Janice Clark (Jeff); and also Jim. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
