He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Colburn and Estella Drossart Colburn; his parents-in-law, Robert Carl and Elsie R. Deviney; and his brother-in-law Robert Deviney.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Colburn; his children, Cyndie Colburn and Billy Colburn (Tanee); and his grandchildren, Savannah Jean Boazman Colburn, Hudson Colburn and Dillon Colburn.
As for attending a funeral, we ask that you adhere to the CDC's guidelines of social distancing of staying 6 feet apart.
